
Ramsey got back into the groove with a 20-8 away win at St Mary’s Old Boys in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Four.
Fintan Cummins opened the scoring for Ramsey with an interception try early on.
Tynan Pritchard then powered over from the base of a scrum and when Cummins added the conversion, the lead was out to 12-0.
St Mary’s hit back though and the game was still up for grabs with the half-time tally at 12-8.
Henry Doran burrowed over for a try in the second half to seal the game for Ramsey and a late drop goal from Cummins was the icing on the cake.
