Move confirmed after rider left Dafabet Racing this month
TT rider Rob Hodson is set to ride for SMT Racing at this year's races on the Snaefell Mountain Course later this year.
The announcement comes after Hodson confirmed on 3 February he was leaving the Dafabet Racing team after three seasons to pursue new ventures.
For TT 2023, Hodson will ride a Honda Fireblade machine in the Senior, Superbike and Superstock classes.
Meanwhile, he'll utilise a R6 Yamaha and Z650 Kawasaki for the Supersport and Supertwin categories respectively.
The move means he'll link up with SMT Racing team owner, Robin Croft, who returned to the TT in 2022 after a five-year absence.
Previously, Croft has fielded prominent names such as John McGuinness, Michael Rutter, Dan Stewart and Tim Reeves.
