Racing action back at Jurby Airfield this weekend (11-12 Apr)
After a busy start to the 2026 season just under two weeks ago, the Andreas Racing Association (ARA) Championship returns to action at Jurby Airfield this weekend.
Round two of this year's campaign takes place in the north of the Island on Sunday (12 April) with bikes expected to be out on track from around 9.30am.
Among the highlights on a busy opening round on Sunday, 29 March, Rory Parker took the early top spot in the standings in the Open Solo Centre Championship whilst Kyle Casement set down the initial benchmark in the Supersport class.
Ahead of the latest racing action, ARA club secretary, Neal Champion looks ahead to some of the expected key battles out on track and how well round one set the tone nearly a fortnight ago:
For spectators on Sunday, entry to Jurby Airfield for adults will be £6 whilst Under-16's go free.
Meanwhile, the day before on Saturday, 11 April, a non-racing testing session will take place for riders and teams - for anyone wishing to spectate the testing session, entry is £3 for adults whilst Under-16's go in free.

Amid the 11 separate racing classes taking to the track this weekend, Parker will start Sunday leading the Open Solo Centre Championship, six points clear of defending champion, Jamie Cringle who in turn is six points ahead of Grant Thomson in third.
Elsewhere, Francesco Faraldo was the rider to beat after round one as he accrued the highest scores in the Singles, Twins & Triples Championship as well as the Supertwins & Sportbike Championship.
When it comes to three-wheeled racing, there will be an expanded field of seven teams vying for honours this weekend.
Headlining the latest entries are reigning Isle of Man Sidecar TT champions and defending ARA sidecar driver and passenger champions, Ryan and Callum Crowe.
Last weekend's sidecar frontrunner, Stu Bainborough is also set to be involved, this time joined by a new passenger in the form of Will Beal.
