Manx amputee competitor has not played in nearly a year
One of the Isle of Man's star footballers is nearing a return to the sport after nearly 12 months out through injury.
Amputee competitor Sean Jackson - an England international who also plays for Everton - has faced a tough time on the sidelines after rupturing an ankle ligament in October 2022.
Hoping to be back on the pitch in a few weeks time, Jackson says he's excited to be getting back to the game he loves.
What's more, fitness depending, he's got more big ambitions going into 2024:
Netball: Manx Rams beaten in Singlife Nations Cup opener
Pinnington rescues Ravens against Longridge Town
FC Isle of Man keen to maintain unbeaten run on home return
Jiu-jitsu: Double European gold for Hayley Curtis
