The first round of the Manx Petroleum-sponsored Olympic Skeet League was held at Meary Veg, Santon, in almost ideal conditions on Sunday.
After three rounds Dan Shacklock finished on 69 to take the high gun prize, ahead of James Bradley (67).
In third spot was Dave Clague on 64, followed by Glen Catlin (63), and Jeff Corkill (62).
The first round of the Creer and Kelly-sponsored Universal Trench was also held.
A very hazy light made seeing the targets difficult, despite the sunny conditions.
Dave Walton led the competition after all three rounds, ending up with a total of 67 to take the high gun prize.
Alan was ten points back on 57 in second place, followed by Peter Kelly (53) and Mike Walker (51).
This coming Sunday at Meary Veg it's a 100-bird ABT selection shoot.
Signing-on at 9.30am for a 10am start.
