Success for Michael Cross in Olympic skeet
The final fixture of the summer series got underway at the weekend, which was a combined English and Olympic skeet shoot.
Twelve shooters took part in near ideal conditions.
The joint leaders after the English skeet section were Jeff Corkill and Roman Sammer with 24 points. In equal third place on 23 were John Moore and Michael and Stan Cross with Giulio Fabrizio, Liam Kirkpatrick, with Mike Walker coming in next on 22.
In the Olympic skeet finishing in joint forth place with 39 points were Giulio Fabrizio and Roman Sammer.
In third on 42 was Jeff Corkill, Stan Cross took second place on 43 but top of the shop with 45 points was Michael Cross.

1st M Cross 23ES, 22OS=45, 2nd S Cross 23,20=43, 3rd J Corkill 24,18=42,=4th G Fabrizio 22,17, R Sammer 24,15=39.
