Nomads triumph in pre-season competition
The pre-season tens morphed into twelves at Ballafletcher with PDMS Southern Nomads coming out on top.
Wins against Ramsey and Castletown for both Nomads and Douglas Celts saw them lock horns in the final game.
Josh Can and Jack Sleight both crossed for tries before Sam Games went in for Douglas to leave it 12-5 at half-time.
In the second half, Andrew Colley ran in a second try for Douglas but Nomads were able to hang on and a sneaky drop goal from Tom Duggan with the last play of the game gave them a 15-10 win.
