St. George's & St. Mary's to meet in FA Cup final.

The Paddy Power FA Cup final will be an all Douglas affair this year.

St George's beat Peel 3 - 1 under the floodlights on Friday night, while St Mary's comfortably beat Laxey 4 - 0 away from home on Saturday to secure their spot in the final.

In the Canada Life Premier League only two games were played on Saturday due to postponements and cup clashes.

A Callum Stewart goal was the difference between Old Boys and St John's, in a 1 - 0 win for the Douglas side.

The result sees Old Boys move up to fourth and ahead of St John's in the league table.

In the only other Premier League fixture Castletown and Gymns shared the spoils in a match that ended 2 - 2.

Both Marown v Rushen and Ramsey v Union Mills were postponed.

In the GH Corlett Woods Cup quarter-finals there was a goal-fest in the north of the Island between Michael and Ayre, in a match that ended 6 - 4 to Ayre after extra time.

In the other quarter-final of the weekend Pulrose beat Ronaldsway 2 - 0 with goals from Aaron Raby and Craig Cowin from the spot.

In JCK Division Two Malew recorded an important win, by beating Douglas Athletic 2 - 1. The result sees the southerns move off bottom spot and jump ahead of Ronaldsway, Pulrose and Douglas Athletic.

A Paul Whitely hat-trick made sure Douglas Royal took the spoils away from home against Douglas & District, in an eight goal thriller which finished 5 - 3 to Royals.

The result sees Royals stay in fourth place but puts pressure on the leading pack as they're now only three points off Colby who are in third.
