Peel’s MHK will bid for a second successive term in the House of Keys later this year.
Tim Crookall has confirmed he’ll be standing in the General Election on September 29.
He says it’s been an honour and privilege to serve Peel and the Island and the Island is now entering into a period where it’s going to be tested to the full, relying more than ever on experience, leadership, commitment, stability and reliability.
Mr Crookall, who has gained experience within six different departments and authorities since November 2006, says the public, private and third sectors will need to work closer together in the future for the betterment of the Isle of Man.
