Skipper Fran Hunt led the way with a hat-trick of tries and was joined on the scoresheet by Abby Corkish, Sophie Ioannou and Lizzie Lennon with three conversion from Cat Beswick.
Lucy Henderson and Charlie Gillies replied for Manchester.
