Volleyball: Annual Manx Invitational returns this weekend

Island squads to face UK opposition over two days of matches

The Isle of Man will once again play host to UK volleyball teams as the annual Celton Manx Invitational returns for 2025 this weekend.

The tournament will see Isle of Man Volleyball joined by off-Island squads to take part in two full days of fixtures at the NSC in Douglas on Saturday and Sunday (17-18 May).

Across both the men's and women's competitions the Isle of Man will be fielding two teams.

Both the male and female events will be held across both days - the women's series will feature two Manx squads along with Chester Amazons and Lynx.

Meanwhile, three visiting sides - Anglesey, Chester and Dolphins - join two Isle of Man lineups in the men's tournament.

Matches will be held at the NSC each day between 9am and 6pm with spectators welcome to use the seating area inside the NSC hall.
