Manx side makes huge improvements from previous year
IOM Women's Volleyball squad is out of the running to claim the National Shield.
The Manx side suffered defeat at the hands of NVL York Flacons in the Woman's National Shield Round 2 but didn't go down without a fight.
After going down a set, the Manx team banded together to take the game 2-2 but unfortunately lost in the final set: IOM 2-3 Falcons.
However, the IOM walked away with its head held high after showing massive improvements from last year, along with the men's side.
