Round five of the Winter Walking League was won by Ian Wakley at Ronaldsway.
He came home first in the 10k with a handicap time of one hour, 23 minutes and four seconds, three minutes and 50 seconds ahead of Sarah Moore.
Allan Callow was third, just five seconds further back.
In the 5k, Jaqui Dawson won by eight seconds on adjustment, finishing ahead of Karen Renecle and Brenda Charlton who were second and third respectively.
