Initiative aims to empower people to become leaders in sports and communities
Women from the Isle of Man are being encouraged to apply to participate in the Commonwealth Women's Leadership Programme for 2024/25.
The initiative aims to empower women to become leaders within their sports and communities and provides access to education and networking opportunities in their chosen field.
Isle of Man Sport Liaison Officer, Louise Corkill, was awarded a place on the programme in 2022 which also includes a £5000 scholarship for success applicants.
She believes it's been a 'fantastic opportunity' to broaden her horizons:
Applications for the programme are open until 15 June, further details can be found by contacting iomcga@outlook.com
