This week, progress in modernisation of the rating system in the Isle of Man will be made during the current administration. That’s the view of Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas. But after years of debate, is that a realistic prospect? We speak to Mr Thomas about the issue.

Should voters in the Island be able to choose all 24 members of the House of Keys? There’s been a call for a referendum on creating an all-Island constituency, but would that be workable? We find out why Douglas North MHK David Ashford isn’t convinced by the idea.

And Tynwald has been given an update on the moves to encourage employers to pay a Living Wage, we’ll find out more.
