On this week’s programme, Roger hands the programme over to William King, Noah Bovenizer and George Ratcliffe for highlights of the 2018 Junior Tynwald sitting.

The three secondary school students took on the role of reporters for the annual special sitting of the Court, which sees students take on the roles of MHKs and MLCs for the day.

Questions asked during the sitting covered topics including the government’s Cycle to Work Scheme, attracting tourists to the Island, and incentives to encourage graduates back to the Isle of Man.

Students also debated the Island drinks culture, and whether or not the Isle of Man should seek sovereign nation status.
