John Moss is one of the longest serving and most experienced members of the Manx Radio news team.
He started with Manx Radio in 1978 then moved to the UK to work on Radio Hallam in Sheffield and also with the BBC in Bristol.
John spent some time in Papua New Guinea as a teacher with V.S.O. (Voluntary Service Overseas) before returning to the Isle of Man and Manx Radio in 1989.
John presents Manx Radio's flagship news and current affairs programme Mandate on weekdays from 7.30am to 8.30am, and Perspective on Thursdays from 6pm to 6.30pm. He also presents a monthly look at the political scene in the Isle of Man in Present Politics.
