Shaunn Ford has come to Manx Radio as a 'last resort', because he's experiencing significant problems with his allocated property.

The property has black mould on bedroom walls and doesn't retain heat regardless of how long the heating is left on for.

Despite going through appropriate channels to get the issues investigated, Mr Ford - who's been forced to make official complaints for four years - says he sometimes wishes he wouldn't wake up, because as soon as he does, the nightmare begins again.
