Fenella Bazin will be presenting a number of illustrated lectures, with the first being about Illuminated Manuscripts from the Dark Ages.  

The lecture will follow the surprising story of scholarship and artistry that produced the glorious illuminated manuscripts in the British Isles after the collapse of the Roman Empire.
