✅Around 98% of our shop items are purchased on island and have confidence in our amazing local supply chain.
✅We have multiple deliveries daily so no need to buy more than you require.
✅We have no plans to alter opening hours at our stores although will keep this under review.
✅Social distancing is in placee.
✅Automatic hand sanitizer dispenser are Available at the entrance to all our stores.
✅Screens around our counters will be Re installed- this will commence early tomorrow and all ten sites will be completed ASAP.
✅ customers numbers will be limited at each store. These will be clearly displayed at each site
✅we may have external queuing systems, we Will ensure this under the canopy to protect you from the elements. At our Foxdale store umbrella can be provided if required.
✅additional cleaning and sanitising to be introduced at all touch points around the store.
✅ we encourage customers to shop alone although full understand if you need to bring the kids with you, we just request you keep your kids by your side
✅ please use gloves provided when using our fuel pumps
✅ we encourage customers to wear a mask although understand that due to medical reasons not everyone will be wearing one. Please don’t judge other customers who don’t wear one as they may have a hidden reason for not wearing one.
✅ please use contactless where possible although understand this isn’t always possible
✅ and lastly and most importantly stay safe , we will provide regular updates and will be working hard behind the scenes to ensure we have good availability of all items and appropriate measures are taken to continue to provide great customer service whilst following government guidelines.
