Orrisdale Farm are holing an Open Day this coming Sunday. The annual open day gives visitors the opportunity to learn more about farming, the countryside and food production, get up close with some of their friendliest farm animals and special furry guests.
- Watch the sheep shearing.
- Feed the pet lambs.
- Pet some of our friendliest animals, calves, lambs, sheep and ponies.
- Learn how food is produced and how farmers look after the countryside.
- Climb on board new and old tractors.
- Meet our working sheepdogs.
- We'll have games with the young farmers and interactions with IOM creamery, IOM meats, Manx NFU, Southern District Ag. show and the Isle of Man Beekeepers.
