Around 2,000 high school students will benefit from new programmes designed to give them the skills and confidence they need for the workplace.
Junior Achievement Isle of Man has received a £7,500 grant from the Manx Lottery Trust to support the project.
The charity will recruit and train more than 100 volunteers from businesses and the wider community to share workplace knowledge and broaden students' understanding of career opportunities on the Island.
Junior Achievement says the schemes will bring real-world experience into the classroom and help young people recognise their own potential.
