A young chef who studied at UCM is honing his craft in a Michelin starred restaurant in the Lake District.
George Harris is Chef de Partie at 'Source' Restaurant within the prestigious Gilpin Hotel in Windermere, working under Executive Chef, Ollie Bridgwater.
George, works with two other UCM alumni who completed the course at the same time and also went on to work at Source.
Ollie Bridgewater formerly worked at Heston Blumenthal's three-starred restaurant, Fat Duck.
