£1,000 donation for life-saving care
One of the Island's rotary clubs has made a donation to the Great North Air Ambulance Service.
The Rotary Club of Rushen and Western Mann has presented the critical care charity with £1000 to support its work.
It costs around £124,000 to fund the vital emergency air bridge between the Island and specialist centres across the UK ensuring patients can access life-saving care quickly and safely.
The service complements the existing aircraft air ambulance patient transfer service.
