
The Association of Corporate Service Provider's April seminar is to focus on company law review.
The seminar will be with Gillian Prestwich, policy adviser in the Isle of Man Treasury’s corporate strategy division, whose topic will be ‘The Company Law Review: the myths and the realities’.
The session, sponsored by Barclays, will be held on Tuesday April 23rd at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas, with registration at 12noon for a prompt 12.30pm start.
The presentation is expected to finish by around 1.30pm, though this will be subject to the number of questions and contributions from the audience
