New Rules explained
The Association of Corporate Service Providers had a seminar today (Thurs).
Entitled "New Rules for Capital Allowances" the speakers were Paul Roberts and Mike Reynolds of Capital Allowances Ltd who explained the rules for the recovery of capital allowances or property embedded fixtures or features or PEFF.
Mr Roberts has specialised in the capital allowance recovery process for more than 15 years during which time he has built a strong relationship with HMRC and never lost a case. Mr Reynolds is chartered accountant with a specialist tax background.
The session took place at Loch Prom Church.
