ACSP seminar on regulatory enforcement

How to avoid pitfalls

The Association of Corporate Service Providers has arranged a seminar on Tuesday March 22 to examine how to avoid the pitfalls of liability and regulatory enforcement.

Sponsored by DQ Advocates the seminar is set against the background of a step change in the regulatory environment across Crown Dependencies, which is seeing a rise in enforcement actions being taken against directors and key individuals.

The session will be with DQ Advocates’ managing director Tom Maher and head of regulatory and compliance Sinead O’Connor. They will look at what TCSPs can expect should they become involved in enforcement action and what steps can be taken in terms of preparing corporate governance documentation ahead of any subsequent scrutiny.

The seminar will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration at 12noon for a prompt 12.30pm start. The event should finish around 1.30pm.

This seminar is free to staff of member firms and associate members of the ACSP.
