The Isle of Man Children's Centre Adventure Team Challenge gets under way on Saturday, pitting teams from local businesses against each other and themselves.
The challenge consists of a series of mental and physical challenges that require the whole team to pull together to complete.
The annual event has been running since 2002 and this year the day is being sponsored by LloydsTSB Offshore.
