There was another sharp drop in air passenger numbers at Ronaldsway last month.
The total for March 2009 was 12.7% down on the same month last year, with virtually all routes seeing a decline.
The only ones to go up were were Flybe's Luton route and Manx2.com's Belfast service.
Airport director Anne Reynolds says the figures were very much as expected, with business traffic being the hardest hit.
Transport Minister David Anderson is disappointed with the figures but is trying to put a positive spin on them, highlighting the fact many UK airports have seen theirs drop by 20%.
