A partner from Appleby (Isle of Man) will attend a forthcoming European conference examining international fraud.
The 28th Forum on Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery is being held in Geneva, Switzerland on 19th and 20th of March.
Mark Holligon, a partner in the dispute resolution department of Appleby's Isle of Man office will be accompanied by Anthony Williams, advocate and counsel from the firm's Guernsey office.
The forum is regarded as one of Europe's leading legal conferences on civil fraud investigations, litigations and asset recovery.
Discussion will cover a broad range of subjects set against a backdrop of increasingly complex global fraud schemes and the growing need for legal expertise in the latest strategies and techniques used to identify and seize assets.
Organised by London-based C5, the forum will attended by an international audience comprised of experienced practitioners in the dispute resolution field.
