Boston Ltd has appointed Kerry Smith to the position of Senior Manager - Projects Analyst.
The firm says the newly-created role is designed to allow Boston to expand upon its analytical capacities.
It positions the firm well, in order to respond to tax and regulatory issues likely to affect its international portfolio of clients managed from its Isle of Man and Malta offices.
Kerry will also take on a company secretary role, with responsibility for leading projects on tax compliance and reporting, monitoring risk, and developing FATCA-compliant services and solutions.
