Standard Bank says it's delighted to have sponsored 72 year old runner Ray Shooter in his 200th marathon.
Ray ran his first marathon in Dublin in 1982 at the age of 40 and completed his 200th event in Stellenbosch, South Africa in November last year.
His 200th marathon was in aid of Craig’s Heartstrong Foundation and the breast care unit at Nobles Hospital.
The Foundation has a particular importance for the bank as the charity was set up in memory of Craig Lunt, a former employee.
Ray says he has no intention of retiring yet and is already looking forward to his next challenge.
