Barclays' Castletown branch temporarily closes

Move aimed at stopping spread of Covid-19

Barclays Bank will be temporarily closing the doors of its Castletown branch until further notice in a bid to stop the spread Covid-19.

Customers have been notified via email about the suspension; you are still able to access your online banking 24/7, as well as the Barclays App and Client Service Centre.

Members of the team will be on-hand over the phone between 9am and 5pm every weekday to offer support and advice.

Barclays is asking clients to be patient and only call if their query is urgent – to help its team focus on the most vulnerable customers who need help at this time.

The bank apologises for the inconvenience caused but reassures residents that it will be in touch again once the branch reopens.
