Barclays Wealth has recruited 150 volunteers for the Commonwealth Youth Games, which are being staged in the Isle of Man later this year.
Each of the firm's three offices held events asking staff to sign up to support the prestigious international event and, as a result, will supply 30 volunteers every day for the duration of competition.
Barclays Wealth's head of global banking operations Lawrence Looney says, as a partner sponsor, it's important the company gets involved to help the games run smoothly.
Olympian Chris Akabusi will be at the Victoria Street branch of Barclays Wealth in Douglas on July 12 to promote the games, which take place in September.
