Barclays' Isle of Man contact centre team has won an award for its achievement in business to business communications.
The Douglas-based operation was named Contact Centre Team of the Year B2B in the 2014 CCA Excellence Awards.
CCA is described as the leading authority on customer contact strategies and operations, and the judging panel for its recognition programme includes senior executives from a range of sectors with experience in customer contact and service.
The Island Barclays team was presented with the award by comedian Hugh Dennis at a gala dinner and ceremony at the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh.
Rob Dickinson, Barclays Global Client Service Centre Isle of Man said: “It’s fantastic that our contact centre team has been recognised at the CCA Excellence Awards."
“The Contact Centre Team of the Year B2B award is presented to the team that best demonstrate their commitment to excellent customer service and passion for managing customers so it’s a great achievement and endorsement for the team that we’ve been successful in this category.”
