Salon for Villa Arcade?
A Douglas business has applied to transform shops inside the Villa Marina arcade in Douglas into a beauty salon.
Harmony Beauty Therapy of Stonetop Grove has applied to change the use of two units in the arcade on Harris promenade.
In its application, the company says it would open the former retail units into a beauty therapy suite which would open from Tuesday to Saturday.
