Numerous factors creating employee uncertainty
Improving employee benefits to attract more workers to the Isle of Man will be 'crucial' for Manx companies going into 2022.
That's according to an expert who says Covid-19 and climate change are creating uncertainty for employees.
A recent survey from Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce found 75 per cent of businesses were finding it difficult to recruit.
