The Financial Supervision Commission is warning about job offers from an oil company which claims to be based in the Isle of Man.
Potential Oil Energy and Gas gives its address as Castle Victoria Road in Douglas, but the FSC says the address doesn't exist.
The Commission says there is no record of the company in the Island, and the job offer is probably an attempt to obtain personal details from would be applicants.
The advice is to ignore any correspondence from it.
