Public vote picked from nine nominees
Boots' employee Jo Tate has been named the Douglas customer service champion for 2020.
She received the most votes from the nine nominees featured in the competition, run on the Douglas Town Centre Management Facebook page.
She wins a trophy and £100 worth of vouchers. Tracey Pilgrim of Marks & Spencer finished second, while Billy Cubbon of Venture Outdoors completed the top three.
