Creamery savours success at industry awards
Isle of Man Creamery has picked up another gong for one of its cheeses.
It's Cracked Black Peppercorn Mature Cheddar won a gold award at the World Cheese Awards at the NEC last week.
The cheese was up against competition from around the world, at an event which saw more than 2,700 entries in 131 classses.
The Manx product was named winner in the Blended Cheeses category, its texture and flavour combination noted by judges.
Managing Director of the Creamery, Findlay McLeod, told Marian Kenny it's a real feather in their cap and he's now looking to capitalise on it.
