The last date for eligible depositors in the collapsed Kaupthing Bank to make an application under the Early Payment Scheme is May 22.
The scheme allows each eligible account holder to receive an amount not exceeding £10,000.
Today's news has been confirmed by the Manx Treasury which, to date, has paid out around £44 million and will continue to make payments until June 19 in respect of applications received on or before the closing date.
The wind down and closure of the Early Payment Scheme has been planned to enable an orderly handover to either the Scheme of Arrangement or the Liquidation.
