The organisation will give all staff members extra money for six months
Conister Bank has pledged extra financial support to its employees in response to mounting energy bills and surges in the cost-of-living.
The organisation is set to give every member of staff an extra £200 per month for the next six months, amounting to a total of £1,200.
The Manx Financial Group is the parent company of Conister Bank which employs more than 140 staff in the Isle of Man and throughout the UK – meaning the company will spend more than £168,000 in additional staffing costs to aid with unstable energy prices and rampant inflation.
The scheme will begin from the end of September and covers all staff members within both its parent and subsidiary organisations.
