A Manx-based consultant has been hired by a Canadian gold company to market the firm around the globe.
Galantas Gold Corporation says Courtenay Heading will carry out investor relations and represent the firm at trade shows in America, as well as increase awareness and interest.
Galantas currently runs Ireland's only operating goldmine and is listed on the Alternative Investments Market.
Mr Heading is a sales and marketing specialist, who has worked with engineering and services companies throughout North America and Europe.
