Strategic planning masterclass from IoD
Company directors in the Island keen to improve their strategic management skills are being urged to sign-up for a new course.
'The Director's Role in Strategy and Marketing' is the theme of the latest programme organised by the Isle of Man Institute of Directors from 30 September - 2 October.
Led by chartered director Murray Eldridge, the Douglas-based course will examine how senior management can up their game, analysing, formulating and implementing comapny-wide strategies.
IoD programme director Alison Kennedy describes the course as "ideal for those looking to rise above the operational and give strategic direction to their business or organisation."
The Institute of Directors offers a range of training courses, which work as a stand alone or lead to the IoD Certificate, Diploma, or qualification as a Chartered Director.
