Dandara to start on Port Erin site after TT
Dandara has confirmed demolition of a derelict Port Erin hotel will begin after TT.
The Royal has been disused since 2008.
The developer, which owns the building, has appointed Manx Demolition to carry out the work on the site.
Dandara says a traffic management plan has been put together to help minimise disruption and ensure road closures are kept to a minimum.
Apartments are going to be built on the site, once it's been cleared.
