Chief executive of Junior Achievement Isle of Man Sue Cook is welcoming a Manx government consultation about preparing young people for work.
The Department of Education and Children has asked for views on its strategy, and is hoping for responses from the public and businesses.
Ms Cook told Jason Roberts it was an important subject to tackle:
