Love Tech funding request approved by agency
An organisation that encourages women to take up science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) careers has received £15,000 from Digital Isle of Man.
Love Tech made the funding request, approved by the agency, which is part of the Department for Enterprise.
And Love Tech now hopes to update its equipment and continue events "aimed at inspiring girls and young women to pursue STEM subjects in school and ultimately choose a STEM career."
The organisation includes a committee of 16 voluntary business leaders and technologists on the Island.
