A Manx-based firm is battling over an internet domain name with an American baseball superstar.
Major League player Willie Mays, one of the most famous stars of the sport, has asked for arbitration through the World Intellectual Property Organization to get the domain name WillieMays.com.
At the moment, the name is registered with Global Access, which is registered at Shearwater House, in Nunnery Mills on the Old Castletown Road.
It points to a website which links to baseball-related pages and WIPO is expected to decide the case in the next few months.
