Barclays Wealth claims confidence in the Isle of Man's property market is increasing.
Head of local markets Andy Booth says the Island wasn't affected as badly as elsewhere by the recent economic downturn.
However, like many other places, there was a significant reduction in confidence.
Mr Booth says new data shows the number of local mortgage drawdowns has grown from 43 in the first quarter of 2009 to 58 for the same period this year.
