Equiom Group, has announced the acquisition of Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited.
It's the company's first acquisition in Guernsey and supports a key strategic aim of the Group which has been to increase their footprint in the Channel Islands.
Equiom Group Managing Director Sheila Dean says she believes that the team at Ardel has the same client service ethos as Equiom . . . and they will be working very closely with the senior team at Ardel to ensure that the integration is as seamless as possible for both clients and staff.
Equiom first established itself in the Channel Islands with its Marine and Aviation Services Company in 2009 and latterly acquired Andium Trust Company Limited in September 2012.
Since then, Equiom Group has grown from 80 to over 300 employees and expanded across five jurisdictions, including the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Malta and Hong Kong.
